I’m using a WD MyCloud Home device. A little over a week ago, it was working great, I was able to upload all of my media and connect to all of my devices. Then it all lost connection… I don’t have the specific error as I didn’t save and I’ve gone in and tried to disable/enable again.
The MyCloud device seems to be operational as it’s creating the folders in the device that my media would use, however when I attempt to connect to Plex to configure through the Plex app in the MyCloud CMS, it doesn’t connect. I get “This page isn’t working. prod-31…mycloud.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERRO 502”.
In addition, when I try to connect to my colleagues library, which he shared with me, I get an error. That connection dropped off about the same time I lost connection to my library.
I am having a similar issue. Was working fine until last night. I am using a My Cloud PR4100. I have server version #: 1.18.4.2171. I no longer can access Plex from my Plex player. When I go to the My Cloud admin page and click Configure for the Plex Media server, I get the error " This site can’t be reached 192.168.1.17 refused to connect.

After tinkering around with it several times and an immense amount of frustration, I figured it out
What seemed to work for me, make sure there is content in the folders that the MyCloud sets up. After I added some media to those folders, I could then click configure and move forward.
