this is what i see on C:\Program Files\Plex
the istallation on D: is gone
and when i lunch plex media server nothing appear , and on task manager is like before
ok… what happens if you open a browser and open http://127.0.0.1:32400/web
i have tried now to copy plex media server file into the same direction of plex but nothing changed again
impossible reach the site
The screenshot above is for C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\.
Is there also a folder for C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex Media Server\?
If not, you installed only a version of the Plex Player – not the server…
Go to Media Server Downloads | Plex Media Server for Windows, Mac, Linux, FreeBSD and More and download the Plex Media Server (don’t download from the Apps & Devices section).
The download link for the most recent Plex Media Server for Windows (version 1.18.9-2571; requiring Windows 7 SP1 or newer) is
https://downloads.plex.tv/plex-media-server-new/1.18.9.2571-e106a8a91/windows/PlexMediaServer-1.18.9.2571-e106a8a91-x86.exe
Install that and try again
i re install it

there it is the photo of C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex Media Server
very good
now try to run it and then open 127.0.0.1:32400/web in the browser
another time impossible reach the site
don’t worry… we’re slowly getting there ![]()
can you check out the logs for me one more time?
see above:
Logs.7z (570.4 KB)

when my pc had problem i maybe remove plex
Well… but now you have re-installed it.
When you run C:\Programmi (x86)\Plex Media Server\Plex Media Server.exe this should create some new logs.
I take it you’re running Plex Media Server as the same user for which you checked the logs?
yes i m doing this
