im also not able to launch at all “plex media server” it doesnt do anything, i try uninstall everything and reinstall , my pc is with windows 11 - 32gb ram - 3070TI - I9 12TH so is more capable than any other regular pc to run plex. it doesn work on windows 11

That’s not really a solution, but a total uninstall and clean (start from scratch) install. Sure that works, but it doesn’t identify the original problem.
