Can't install Plex Media Server on Windows 11

Hello, I am trying to install Plex Media Server on my Windows 11 laptop, but when i download it to my machine, it doesn’t provide the normal options like Download, or give me any way to add files to the server.

I have uninstalled and re-installed it and i keep getting the same result. Am I doing something wrong? I do have Plex Media Server in the window system tray, but when I click “Open Plex Media Server”, this is the screen that shows up.

Any help is appreciated!

It looks like your server is running but is claimed by another account or there was an error in the claiming process. I would recommend following the steps here: You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry.
