i am facing a problem to add my media in plex he keeps asking me to download plex media server however i already download it.

Same problem. When I go to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/ and then click YOUR MEDIA, it directs me to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/get-plex-media-server even when I already downloaded and installed latest plex media server. I used chrome and firefox in incognito and non-incognito mode. I even tried mylocalip:32400/web/ and same problem.

Can somoene guide us to fix this issue? Thanks.

If you are comfortable editing the Windows Registry, use the first method. If not, use the second.

Both remove certain Windows Registry entries, placing your server in an unclaimed state. You can then go to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web and reclaim it.
