Plex Media server not adding music folders to library

Albums with 2 discs are labeled Disc A and Disc B. On a library update or scan it does one of the following:

  1. picks up both albums correctly
  2. Adds both albums together creating different tracks with the same number
  3. picks up only one of the albums
    These are music files all have ID3 tags. Running Windows with version 1.16.5.1488. Have these files running on numerous systems and have not had this problem before. Must be a Plex library bug.
