Do not use Mint. It does not work for Plex. It’s too unstable and doesn’t work right. Mint isn’t supported for these reasons. Recommendation is to use Ubuntu 20.04 or 22.04 desktop or server. Do not use 24.04 yet. (It’s too new with no bug-fix updates yet)

@RBH4908 Which do you have installed, Mint or Ubuntu? Which is slow? If you’re dismayed at the desktop ‘smoothing’ with Gnome, that’s easily adjusted. I don’t like the default either

Ubuntu 24.04 as you recommended. I keep getting a store update and when I try updating it, it keeps telling me an error and just switching from screen to screen and opening windows are extremely slow it seems. Hope do I adjust it?
