QNAP media no longer picked up by PLEX

Hi, i haven’t used my plex or QNAP NAS for a couple of years due to moving house and kids. i powered up this weekend and updated the plex app on my NAS but when i tried to add media it only picked up 1 movie when previously i had no issues. my movies are saved in folders and it worked previously. any ideas what could be causing this?

Please give some details, Plex version, folder your media is stored in, file naming structure all will help with troubleshooting.

i am just using the online version of plex at the moment to set it up. i have screen ripped a couple of images of the file structure. but its basically Datavol1/Plexmedia/moviefolder/moviefile

Bad naming

Like dane22 said bad naming. I recommend Filebot it will help you name batch groups of files with the right Plex naming convention as well as find the proper movie name to apply.
