Hi. I’m running plex from new QNAP system. I’m watching on TV, laptop, moblies etc
The libraries are not updating. At first it didn’t update and I did the advice I’ve found on here from others and it found most of the missing files.
However, I’ve since added some new films and it won’t find them. So I’ve done the previous advice, and it’s still not found them.
Any advice welcome. If you need anything from me please give idiot guide as I’m not a tech! tha

Please show a screen capture from QNAP Filestation, showing the media that is missing including the full path from media up to the root of your movie library

Hmm…
First of all, I do recommend not to use the Multimedia share in QNAP
See: Qnap faq.....read me first! Q14
Seceondly, it is indeed named correctly, but still try and rename it to:The Panic in Needle Park (1971) {imdb-tt0067549}.mp4
Then scan again.
I also strongly recommend, that each movie goes into it’s own folder, as suggested here:
