Plex Media Server Recordings Disappearing

Server Version#: 1.15.2.793

My recordings start but at the end, do not show up in the library. I have recently updated to this server version. Should I downgrade?

I have posted the relevant part of the logs below (hopefully)…

Plex user and Admin bot have R/w access to my media folder, I have pushed the permissions down to all subdirectories and files too. I have tried changing permissions, as per your suggestion using the steps in Q18 of the Synology FAQ page. End result, I still receive the same error.
Plex server is also on a Mac Mini, which was also upgraded to version 1.15.2.793 and I receive the same errors, when attempting a recording.

Are there any other suggestions?

I’m afraid your suggestions have actually made things worse! Whereas before, the recording process seemed to go through the motions, and fail right at the end. I now just get an immediate failure ‘No write access to destination’
How can I get a member of the Plex support team to assist with this? I would like to think that as a subscriber, this is possible?

Diskstation shared folder had lost permissions, i’m not sure how and why. Restoring permissions, allowed me to get this working again.
