Iā€™m having the same issue on my Shield, connected to a network drive. Cannot find the 2 different shows I have in my TV library.

Thank God iā€™ve found this - i thought i was going mad. Iā€™ve got a Synology server with Plex already, but thought iā€™d give the NVidia Shield iā€™ve just bought a run out as a server reading from my NAS as well as acting as a client. But it canā€™t find any media - cue me working through all the permissions and mounts etc.

So i look at the logs and iā€™m getting the same errors as above.

Yes, it is a bug induced in the latest version.
You can still import mkv, give it a go. :slight_smile:

Yeah. Most of my files are MKV. Itā€™s crashes the scanner even so. Iā€™ll just use the Synology until itā€™s fixed.

does anyone know if they are aware of the issue? It has been driving me mental the last 48hrs. so much I deleted my server on my nvidia shield and started again, now I cannot import any of my formula 1 files. I have them under a TV Show category and the Agent is Personal Media Shows. Thanks for all the info.

Yes, I think theyā€™re aware of the issue (Plex on Nvidia Shield). No timeline for a fix that Iā€™ve seen though (besides ā€œsoonā€)
