I’m using Plex media server (Version 1.11.3.4803). Before last 2 updates, the server worked fine. I update the server as new updates available. I have the following problems.
The server failed to load and display poster and background images for newly added videos and movies .
Cast images are also blank.
No problem with old entries.
Can anyone answer my question?
May I see your log files please ?
Were are photos missing? Web? other apps?
I’m having the same issue - it happens on the web version of the app, not the local version and it happens after some time has passed with the site open. If I select a library and then go back home it corrects itself.
As requested above… LOG FILES PLEASE?
Without logs, there is nothing actionable and the thread will be closed.
This happens to me quite often, usually after the web app sits idle for a bit. As mentioned above, a refresh fixes it until it happens again. I’ve attached my logs.

EDIT: oops, I just realized I might be in the wrong area. My PMS is running on a Synology. Sorry, came across this thread from a Google search.
I’m having the same issue after moving my library to a new machine. Telling it to match the media finds the title, but that doesn’t allow for the posters or any metadata to show
1 more here… but i see some of the images that were already downloaded…
