Plex Media Server Stopped, Won't Start

Plex Media Server won’t start on my Shield TV. I try to start the Server in the Plex settings, but it won’t turn on. I tried forcing an update through the Play Store, and I’ve also tried restarting my Shield several times, and clearing the cache, but nothing helps.

I don’t know what else to do. What else can I try to get the server running again? I have all my media on an external USB drive (formatted as internal storage).
