How to you Uninstall & Erase?

Select the red option in the Uninstall menu

Per:

You want to select ERASE during package uninstall.

What it will do is erase the errant (non-migrated) server instances (those caused by Repair ,etc)

Because of how Package Center works , you might need two iterations of Install + Uninstall/Erase to get it all out

During this entire time, EVERYTHING in the existing Plex shared folder is kept sacred
