Plex Media Server unable to match thetvdb shows

Description: New TV shows added do not match series and do not download show information or images. I added in the past week a new series and a new season of an existing series, neither of them will match.

I have reviewed the forums and see that there was a recent issue with retrieving metadata from thetvdb but that this should now be resolved, and the error message I see in thetvdb log is different.

Server version: 1.1.4.2757 running on Windows 10 Pro 1511 (10586.545).

I have attached the debug log files.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Hi all,

Looks like I was too quick to post. A pending reboot and applying the latest Windows updates and everything is fine again. Hopefully I haven’t wasted anyone’s time investigating :slight_smile:
