I have downloaded and installed and uninstalled Plex Media Server for Windows several times in the last month just trying to get it to run. I try to initiate it and absolutely nothing happens except for the box that comes up asking if it can make changes to my computer. I say yes, then nothing. I can run player, and I can use the server on line, but running locally is not working.

i don’t understand this. if you can access it when remote then it is running. if you go to https://localIPadsressofservercomputer:32400/web or if on the actual computer it is installed on, go to https://127.0.0.1:32400/web what happens?
https://app.plex.tv should work as well
