Plex Media Server with Intel Compute Stick

Player Version#: Samsung Smart TV
Server OS: Widows 8.1 32 bit, 2 GB RAM.

I managed to install PMS into Intel Compute Stick (Model: STCK1A32WFC). However, When I connect the server using Samsung Smart TV (Model: UA50NU7400KX) and tries to play movie/tv shows, the App in Smart TV suddenly stuck for almost 20-30 seconds and then the TV App crashed (automatically forced close).

However, when I tried to connect the server using computer (MacOS Mojave), there’s no problem at all. All movie/tv shows can be played.
