Having the same problem getting PMS to load on my Mac mini. I’ve been a plex pass user for a years with no issues. I decided to try installing a plex server on my new nighthawk x10 router and could not play anything above 480p so tried to revert back to my mac mini setup. I have followed instructions for removing a server, reset read write permissions, deleted the app, restarted the mini, and tried to reinstall the app. Help!
it is making server logs at all? what model mini is it? what version # of macOS?
It wasn’t making any logs at all. I ended up using Parallels uninstall tool to remove PMS and reinstalled. For some reason, the steps outlined in the knowledge base weren’t removing the app in a way that allowed it to be reinstalled successfully. On another note, is anyone having success with their Nighthawk x10 as a Plex server? I couldn’t stream anything over 480p.
