Hey guys
I am no tech person here! I came across this from best buy! I am trying open the media server after downloading it and it wont open! Ive restarted and cleared my cache and uninstalled it! I have all the reguirements to have it!
Im trying to add my dvds to this is this whats its for? best buy told me to look into it!

After installing and running your Plex Media Server, you should see a Plex icon in the system tray. From there, you can find an option to „Open Plex“ — this will open the Plex web app in your browser. There, you can finish the setup, giving a name to your server, create your first libraries and link the server to your Plex account.

so i went to reinstall it and now its saying that i dont have a internet connection to dowload it, but my internet connection is fine! plex is the only thing having a problem? have u come to any issues there?
