Plex Media Server would not start on Nvidia Shield Pro

For me, Plex Server on Shield runs great over years and I can see my server setup with newest Updates.

For your problem is solution to setup and re-setup a pin.

Please help.....My Media Server is gone

I also have no PMS (settings) if I restart the Shield after setting/removing a/the PIN. I must set/remove a/the PIN again after restarting the Shield.
