I have just discovered that all of my custom metadata that I spent over 10 hours editing has been deleted by plex after rescanning the library files. Well, not all of it. I am using 4k media downloader to pull OST’s for my music collection, and all of them needed to be renamed and given their respective number, which I did; Then I rescanned the files after dropping another OST. all of the names have been deleted. the albums are still there, and the numbers, but the names are just gone. I made sure to save everything along the way, but I don’t know where to go from here.
