Plex metadata totally freaking out!

I had to replace a 14 TB USB drive today. After copying the data to the new drive. I verified everything had the right permissions, etc. I had removed my original library from the server and added it back pointing to the new USB drive. No matter what I do, Plex keeps adding metadata for the TV show “Thirty Something” for ALL of my TV shows with thousands of files. WTH? I have 100’s of TV shows with thousands of episodes and they are ALL marked as Thirtysomething!!! This makes no sense. For a sanity check, I installed Emby on my server and pointed that to the same hard drive and everything is marked correctly. This is another reason why I know it’s not my new hard drive.

The server is a Linux serer

I completely removed the Plex server and then reinstalled it so I don’t have the logs. It may have been the way I pointed towards the new hard drive when I re-added the library. I think I needed to click back out to the / directory and re-scroll and re-click the new drive.
