Plex mobile app will no longer connect remotely

Prior to the “enhancement” update of the Plex mobile app, the Plex app on my phone had no trouble connecting to my PMS while I was at the gym. Since then, the Plex mobile app insists there are no libraries on my PMS. Yet the Plexamp mobile app on the same phone, at the same location, has no problem connecting to the PMS and retrieving the audio files stored there. Why can Plexamp reach my PMS remotely but the “enhanced” Plex mobile app can no longer connect? Plex corporate is denying me the service I pay for via Plex Pass.

I have this same issue. I have a lifetime Plex pass and I am the admin. I should be able to stream video remotely, but it says I have no libraries.

If I use the web interface remotely, things work but not well. I can see content but streaming is questionable.

Using your phone Go into the program. Select the server then the 3 dots. Select which Library with the Hearts. Then you can see the server. That is what I did to find out. It should be default for the admin but is not.
