not working for me either.
I have a feeling that Plex is having some back-end server issues again (similar to the other day.) My services are not working whatsoever right now either (News, Podcasts, Movies & TV, Web Shows).
I feel like it may have something to do with the new metadata agent? 408 responses here too, but my TV library is not having any problems. New movies and TV episodes are being added at basically the same time; but only the movie library (with the new agent) is having problems.
I am also with the new agent but if I manually try the legacy one it also doesnt pull any metadata
Same issue here, the Plex Agent doesnât match on my recently added movies, and manually matching to the Plex Agent or the the MovieDB doesnât work either. The latter is able to find matches but no metadata is downloaded.
This has now been reported as fixed by Plex.
