Plex Movie Agent recently not available

Hi, I recently discovered that the Plex Movie Agent is often not available, thus new Movies and TV Shows are not getting matched. Usually this gets fixed after restarting the Container, but this ain’t a good solution for ever. I just downloaded logs - which log files should i provide, if necessary?

Will need the ZIP to look at all the different sub logs (PMS parts logs) within the ZIP/

I see the issue right away.

We suffered a regression in one of our core libraries (as we updated).
We’ve fixed it and are testing everything again now.

We hope to finish in the next few days, please roll back to a 1.31.x version.

As a quick aside before I open my own ticket, I’m running the same version as he was. Would this issue affect the “optimize db” and “clean metadata bundles” buttons as well as the refresh metadata functionality for tv shows as well? Cause Im seeing all of these errors on my set up currently.

Yes.

The library family in question here are the boost libraries.

We use them extensively because of how much functionality they add to C++ with great ease.

If the buttons didn’t appear for you – different issue and would need to see the DEBUG logs zip file for that.

If you do have them, and they don’t work – Yeah, then it’s boost.

Seeing your DEBUG logs ZIP file should allow me to be definitive.
