Plex no longer matching movies

Originally about 2 months, unable to match a movie unless using the IMDB movie ID. After upgrading the matching, the match doesn’t appear to even check externally. It’s an instant fail.
I have 2 QNAP boxes and they are both running the same version and neither will match movies now.
I haven’t been able to check TV shows yet, but I’m betting this will be the same issue there as well,

In summary, prior to 2 months ago, matching was working automattically, with minor need to “fix match”, then for some reason no movie would match (firmware on the QNAP has been updated a few times). Then I found an article suggesting to match using the IMDB ID, which worked until I updated the matching as recommended by Plex.

Same issue here… don’t know why… either qts update or pms…
should get the 4.3.x thing online (now in the cellar) to check…
