Plex No Longer recognizing my added content to my TV library

I am now having the same problem. Today I added a season of a TV Show, no matter how many times I scan the library it does not add the show. Yes, it is named with the same naming convention as the previous season which was recognized and added to my library last year. Also, I have a library called “Other Videos”, ordinarily I will add .mp4 files and they are recognized and added to the library like every other file in the folder. I have done the Plex “dance” multiple times and still no luck. Plex had been working so smoothly for about the last year, what changed that is causing this?

We need info about file and folder, operating system of your server machine and the folder path set up in library settings in order to help

My Plex Server runs on a Synology NAS, i have version 1.29.2.6364-6000.
The lLibrary Locations are:
Media->SecondNAS->NetData. I just noticed that none of my folders are currently showing from my second NAS so I am now thinking that is the source of my problem. I do not know why this has changed, it has been working like this for years,

@DLen

Do you have debug logs which confirm PMS is able to scan the files without error?

Thank you for attempting to resolve this issue but I did come to learn what the cause of the problem was. These Libraries resided on folders located on a second Synology NAS from the one that houses my Plex Server. For some reason, the shared folder was no longer being recognized. I realized this when I restarted my main Synology box and got a notification that it was unable to mount all my folders. Seeing that the shared folder was no longer being mounted, Plex was not able to see the files I was adding. Once I fixed the shared folder, essentially having to reconfigure it, everything is now appearing as it is supposed to. Thank you again.
