Above would indicate, that PMS is either not running, or you have a firewall blocking port 32400 For a short test, try and disable it from the App-Center, wait 1 min, and then enable it again If it still isn’t up running, reboot your QNAP, to make sure we don’t have a process blocking a port Then…

I’ve followed the steps and created the folder, please let me know how to extract logs and/or if this needs to be applied for X amount of time before logs can be extracted.

From the QNAP AppCenter, restart Plex Media Server Then wait 5 min, and go to QNAP File station Hopefully, you should be able to find the PlexData share In that, navigate to Plex Media Server Select the Logs directory and download it Then upload it here
