Plex no longer works on my Synology DS918+

Plex stopped working on my Synology NAS after one upgrade and I’ve been too busy to deal with it but I have now upgraded to DSM 7 and did a clean install of Plex (ie picked the irreversible option. I’m running the latest recommended version of Plex per DSM7. When I try to log in on the same LAN via FQDN or ip address I get a connection refused error. Synology reports Plex as running and whether the firewall is turned off or not it behaves the same. To be clear my system was running for well over a year fine so I’m not sure what to do. I’ve read as much as I have time for on the community support page but it has gotten me no where.

Please advise of a next step.
