Attached are screenshots showing I have it port forwarded, and a port set. I had the same config, with a different service and it went through. no firewall blocking it, I think its Plex specific. I’m running Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard. I can access it fine in my own network. Sometimes when I tell it to rescan it says its accessible for like 5 seconds, then changes.
Nevermind, Figured it out.
I changed the port to the default one, and rebooted my routers. Check your firewalls, and see if other services are acessable, and try restarting the server machine. Basicually just keep trying, and you will get it.
Make sure its not being blocked by anything. For some reason, if you change the port it might help. Try port forwarding other services to see if they work. For me when I changed it back to the default port, for some reason it worked well.
Yeah I’ve tried some different ports now, although it says the local has to be 32400 so havent tried to change that, the canyousee me always says it cant get through them so I have no clue. I completely disabled all of my firewalls for a few seconds to see if it was any of them, and created rules and allowances for everything besides and that did nothing. I wonder if its on the isp end.
