I apologize if this isn’t where I should post this, or if there is already a thread that I couldn’t find.
I have Plex Media Server running on a Terra-Master TNAS F4-423, (2x22TB Raid1, 2x20TB Raid1, 32Gig memory, 2x2TB NVMe SSD.) Not sure if this info is relevant.
I have three Volumes and multiple libraries in Plex that are working fine. I moved part of my data from Volume1 to Volume2, All folders except the one I just created are accessible in Plex. I’ve verified Media user had R/W rights to the entire volume and each folder.
I’m not sure what I’m missing. When I go to Manage Libraries I do not see the 2nd or 3rd volumes to create additional libraries. I tried manually entering the path, but the library doesn’t seem to find the videos.
I have the same/similar issue since 5 days. New downloads do not show up.
And when I do a test by creating a new folder, move some existing files in there, and create a new test library pointing to this folder the Plex player will insist the folder is empty.
I am experiencing the same issue. I was able to add Movies, Photos, and Music, but when I try to add TV Shows, PMS insists the folder is empty. All of the library folders have the same owner and permissions. TOS5 can see the contents, it seems Plex can not.
