Plex not adding items to library

Plex seems to not even get to a stage where it can add the files.
That’s a bit weird because Syno usually applies permissions on a per-share level. Could you try completely removing permission for PlexMediaServer on that Download share, save that and then re-apply the permissions?

i tried that and it didn’t help… It just sees the 3 indiana jones movies like the screenshot before…

im gonna try to make a new share and check how that goes…

I did. But i made a new share with the same permissions and it magically works… its so weird to see but its working now so im not to bothered.

I had the same issue. Creating a new shared folder fixed everything. I was about to go crazy

Okay i finally got it… i moved all folder to a new share thus creating new folders etc. But new downloads had the exact same problem. Frustrated as heck i went searching. Downloading a movie and putting the file in a new folder and poof; it immediately shows up in plex.
To fix this, go to sabnzbd > settings > folders > Advanced settings and under “Permissions for completed downloads” put in the code “775” which apparently means group permission. That was the fix… it now immediately shows up in plex without renaming the files/folders. Took me a long time with a lot of headaches but this seems to be the fix. Thanks all for the responses and thinking along with me!
