Plex not adding new files to Library

I have been using Plex Media Server on Synology NAS from last 2 years or so. Never had any issues. 3 days ago, I downloaded a movie 3 and was added perfectly to the library. I downloaded few movies today but its not adding to library. I have manually scanned for new files but no luck. I have restarted the NAS and also the Media Server on the NAS but no luck. Any suggestions?

are they in a file format PMS can import for use?

need a lot more info. starting with logs

Verify that the files were indeed moved into your library.
What automation is used to do that? Just curious.

Please create a test case for us.

  1. Settings - General (lower) - Show Advanced - DEBUG on - VERBOSE off - SAVE
  2. Reboot the PMS hardware, and wait 10min.
  3. Settings - Libraries - Scan Library Files
  4. Give it 5 min.
  5. Settings - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
  6. ZIP the folder it gives you, and attach the zip with your next post.
