Plex not downloading metadata for movies, but TV show episodes are ok

Hi. I added 4 movies to my library yesterday and none of them downloaded the movie poster or any other metadata. The genre information seems to have updated though. I’ve tried refreshing metadata but progress indicator just keeps spinning. When I try to unmatch, then match – the movies are matched correctly but no metadata is downloaded. Also, newly added TV show episodes don’t have any problems downloading metadata. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

Nevermind. Everything seems to be working fine now. My library was in a Synology NAS and I just realized one of the hard drives failed. Replaced the drive and repaired the volume and so far so good.
