For some reason my plex is not finding matches for any new films I put on my server.
Recently I put the NeverEnding Story, Jurassic Park and a few others
But for some reason if I try and match them so they show the movie information it says no match found I’ve checked the file name and everything is the correct name but still no matches.
Any ideas what could be wrong?
Is this about a new server / library or did your Plex Media Server previously properly match your movies?
Mind sharing an example of how you actually named / structured those files? If it’s mp4/m4v files… any embedded metadata?
Hi, Sorry this is an existing server/docker other than the movies nothing new is on here. Everything has been working fine untill yesterday, But ive also just noticed that i can no longer seem to log in to my plex server using the WebGUI any more everytime i do i get this
