Plex not letting me add my movies

I have the latest most up to date server but when I log into it it will not let me add my movies, I use to but when I switched my ISP I was having a lot of problems trying to hook up so I removed all connected devices and reinstalled Plex server. I can log in and the last selection say your Media I click on it and I get

I have tried clicking that and all it does is reinstalls my server that I am all ready using. I can not get to where I can add my media by choosing my folder where I have the media stored

You should be able to log in and claim the server using one of those methods

I tried that and I get

then I again see your media click on it and it tells me the same

You may have something going on with your router but you’ll have to look into that. If you can’t find any problems there try this

Got up this mourning and it’s back to not showing my Media
