Plex Not Matching Any New Media

Hi Guys,

For the past few weeks, my PMS has completely stopped matching any new, previously unmatched media.
If I add a TV episode that already exists as part of a previously matched series, then it works fine.
But if I add a new series or movie, it tries to match the media, and then just fails after about 10 minutes.
Sometimes it will find the poster and proper name of a movie, but that’s all.

I thought it might be linked to my TorGuard VPN, so i tried with that disconnected. But no joy. I have also cleaned bundles and optimized databases. And I’ve checked the agents and changed priorities. Still nothing! I have to resort to inputting all the data manually! Help meeeee!

Any thoughts?

So, matching the item is good but no metadata for new items?
What OS are you running the server on?

Yeah pretty much! Running on Windows 7

Attach your logs and I’ll take a look to see what I can see. Fresh logs, showing a restart of the server with no other activity than what we are trying to look at, are best. So, exit the server and wait a minute for the server to shutdown. Restart the server and give it 2 or 3 minutes to perform startup routines. Bring a New item into the library and Update that library. Give the server 5 minutes to match and gather metadata. Grab the logs via Settings>Server>Help>Download Logs

Is it finding the new media properly and just not matching it?
Is this on a NAS?

Guys … Ignor me completely. Looks like my VPN added DNS settings to my network adapter which were obviously blocking internet access. Removed them and all is now working! Thanks for your swift responses though!
