It seems as of the last update Plex will not match any of the new titles that I add. When choosing match, it doesn’t even look for a match and just says “No matches found” regardless of whether I use Plex Movie agent or The Movie Database. Is anyone else having this problem?
I take it this is not a feature suggestion?
As for the problem… sounds like the agents used are somehow failing to talk to their respective online data source. Any firewall / filtering / …?
