I have factory reset my nvidia shield as I have been having issues with my plex server. All has gone well (server is back) but trying to re-map my HDD and it is only showing SD card as an option. Any ideas on how to map this? HDD is showing on my windows laptop and I can play the files so not an issue with the HDD.

Thanks for your question. When I connect my WB to my shield it says ‘Tap to set up’
If I select ‘Set up as device storage’ it will want to format and I would loose all my data.
So I haven’t actually set it up on my shield. I didn’t think I would need to. The issue I’m having is on my laptop and getting it to pick up the HDD when it is connected to my laptop and I am trying to map it via internet explorer:

Yeah I’m a moron, it wasn’t attached to the shield when I was trying to point it to it. It was attached to my laptop - it is now working! Thank you!
