Plex not seeing storage HDD on PC when mounted to shield

Hello! I searched the forum bu did not see my exact issue so here goes…

Currently running PMS on Nvidia Shield Pro. I have an external USB 4TB drive connected to the Shield and it works perfectly.

I needed more storage so I am trying to use an internal HDD that is in a Windows 10 PC On my local network. The storage drive is not the main OS or C: drive but a second storage HDD inside the PC.

I believe I have all of the sharing settings correct in windows (I found several guides for this online including the Nvidia help section). Could possibly be missing something though.

I go in to the Shield setting and mount a drive, it does see my PC and I am able to mount it (shows connected). I than go into plex setting via a web browser and try to add a new folder to my library. It does show the PC that is now mounted on the shield. Problem is, it is only showing the PC’s main HDD files. I do not see the E: drive that the movies are stored on.

How can I get Plex/shield to see the E: drive on that PC? The drive is set to “Shared” and the folder for movies is also showing up in my “Network” section in file explorer. Plex is just not seeing the drive, only the PC that the drive is in.

Thanks!
