Plex not scrapping shows correctly - completely borken

I got AI to summarise my issues :upside_down_face:

  • Plex on unraid is mixing show metadata and failing to scrape correctly, misidentifying Obi Wan as the Mandalorian and not detecting Andor as an example
  • The user has tried uninstalling and reinstalling Plex, trying different versions, different scanners and different config settings without success
  • The user has used Filebot to correctly rename the files if necessary / required and has also used tinymediamanager to generate the relevant NFO files

Completely and totally stuck. Could really use some help with this one please!

Two things before folks can even start to help …

  1. what agent & scanner are you using in your library ?
  2. please show exactly how you have named your folders and files for the three shows you gave examples of above ?

Naming, folder structure are 99% of these issues. Just because a naming tool has been used does not mean that the format chosen is compatible with plex.
