Plex not streaming nothing

Hello :), plex is not streaming nothing through my seedbox server when i try to stream a full original qualities movies without conversions, it seems to only happen on my tizen tv because when i try to stream it on my nvidia shield tv it strams the original quality with no problems, both of them are connected to the network via wifi.
it gives me an error that an an unexpected error occurred when playing this content.

But when i play a content WITHOUT any subtitles on my tizen tv, it plays smoothly!, weird…
any tips on how to fix this?, ive contacted the company that i rent the server from, they have done all the naseberry test from their side and it does not seems to be a server side issue.

when i play movies with the automatic quality with subtitles it also plays good, but i like to whatch content with full quality as much as possible.

First guess… subtitles forces to transcode your server for tizen because it can’t handle the subtitles so they have to burned in. And your server is to weak to do that.

I think you are right about that!, i just turned on to always burn burn subtitles instead of automatic and that solved the issue for now, will continue to test it, thanks!!

it then displayed the subtitles in gibberish and all i saw was ‘’?!?!?‘’, i fixed that that by downloading new subtitles from inside the plex by ‘‘search more subtitles online’’ option.
but still a different question now- why it did not displayed my original subtitles correctly? is it maybe because they are not encoded in UTF-8?
