Provided logs file. I have recently added another external drive to my system and moved some files around. After that was all done and working, I Added 3 seasons to my already existing TV Shows Drive and none of these 3 are being updated with MetaData. The seasons are Ghost Hunters Season 6, The Office Season 7 and the Office Season 9.
I have Windows Home on a laptop and typically everything runs pretty smooth. This is the first issue I haven’t been able to resolve in 2+ years.
How did you switch the agent to The MovieDB? Via Fix Match or changing the agent in your library settings? If the latter, you’ll likely need to perform the Plex Dance to complete the switch:
As far as I know, changing the agent for the library only affects newly added content. Existing content will continue to use the agent which with it was originally matched.
It will probably be easier for you to use Fix Match and select The MovieDB in the Search Options.
If you change the agent during Fix Match - no dancing required (mostly). An agent change means new data. If it’s been flipped and flopped for a while - yea… Dance, Baby!
I really wouldn’t do much of anything right now. There’s just too much stuff going on for anything to be considered ‘reliable’. Chasing problems that don’t have solutions may lead to a whole lot of Plex Dancing later for all we know.
I’ve actually tried both today. The continue to do load nothing. I wouldn’t mind if i just had to add the thumbnail for the season but it’s loading nothing, not even the Titles and Descriptions.
