Unfortunately, no. I hope the logs provided by paluskapter will help. The issue seems to be totally random and it is very annoying.

FWIW I have a C2 and updated to 23.20.58 recently and have experienced no issues. In the UK the update to WebOS 23 seemed a bit delayed and when straight to this version.
