Plex won't uninstall

I can’t get plex to uninstall. I did it through the qnap web interface but it still shows up as removing on the webpage even after multiple reboots. I know it’s not running but It appears still stuck in there. I’d like to re-install but it won’t let me because that old version is sitting in there.

That unfortunately requires QNAP’s help.

Submit a helpdesk ticket to them. They are good to take care of those.
