I removed plex and installed again, REMOVED my account I had for 6 years! Created NEW one AND STILL your software tells NO SOUP FOR YOU!!! How do I install ALL NEW SERVER and Library??? I even moved to EMBY but still what to try one last time to start using plex.
Account removal was unnecessary.
Searching the forum for “QNAP Soup” returned several hits.

Thank you for your reply, I did search the forum, and red all the posts, did all they advice, no luck, after that I even removed my account and rebuild raid on my NAS, nothing helped, so I moved to EMBY, now I tried to do it again, installed PLEX, and got same thing.
