Yes it is work for me through Opera.

Broken for me on a Sony 4k TV. Media player as a workaround but given this was my first upgrade in months - Iā€™m pretty annoyed!

Same here, though I thought it had also stopped working on the vewd/opera store because I tried the aplication I had already saved, and that was removed. When I searched for Plex again it was there.

Thanks helin0x, managed to launch plex app inside the opera store app, search the app and added to my apps, launched from there

I am also affected by the inability to open Plex directly.

3 days. Casting from my phone is my only work around. Not terribly inconvenient for me but incredibly inconvenient for the kids to watch their shows.

@deactivated @markus101 Since you two guys seem to be involved in smart TV development, could you provide any update of what is going on? This has been reported for 3 days and no official reply from plex staff so farā€¦

I donā€™t have anything to share at this point, weā€™ve reached out Vewd to help resolve the issue.

Currently itā€™s unclear why the app is disabled/removed and what is happening with the Vewd app store on Sony devices.

same problem here in Belgium with my plex, opera store is working but not so easy to use.
Hope it get fixed soon.

It is not just TVs, it is all sony products. On Feb 8th it stopped working on my sony Bravia tv 2 years old, my ps3, ps4 and ps4 pro and playstation monitor. Yet my iphone, samsung phone, ipad and laptop all can access no issue.

Experiencing this same issue with my Sony Bravia TV. Unable to open Plex via the app or a shortcut. Please at least let us know that youā€™re aware of the issue and working on it @PlexTeam.

Fixed itā€¦ Sucky part was I had to do a complete reinstall of windows 10 as deleteing plex server and even editing the reg didnā€™t work. Works again on all my devices. So it is a windows / plex issue not sony

Well, my Plex Server runs on a QNAP TS-453B, so still feels like an Opera TV/VEWD issue to meā€¦

I just did a complete reinstall of the server about 3 weeks ago, so I donā€™t believe it has anything to do with the server.
