Plex not working over 4G

I can connect to my server over 4G fine and browse my content but the second I try to play anything I get an error.
‘Playback has stopped because the connection to the plex media server has been lost. Please ensure the server is available and retry.’

I can play other people’s content via 4G and other people can play my content. I’ve accessed it myself with my phone over other people’s WiFi and it works fine. But I can’t for the life of me play my own content on my 4G. How can I fix this?

I had the same issue. I don’t know why though.

Please provide PMS and client logs.

I downloaded those logs from my server. When I clicked E-mail device logs and opened it with outlook it opened an E-mail with the following information and no attachments.

I now have another issue though. Since installing the new update my plex server is no longer accessible from outside my network. Unless I turn off my VPN. I don’t really want to have it off all the time. Any idea how I can fix this issue too? I have Upnp enabled on my router and have tried port forwarding to no avail.

Edit: Fixed the VPN problem I’m now using openvpn. 4G problem still persists. I’ve never been able to access it by 4G.
