Hi there. I was trying to wait it out for a plex update for iOS, but my libraries remain broken after a Plex update in January 2024. The library tab and collections tab in mobile apps show either “server unavailable” or “no content” between iphone and/or apple TV, BUT the recommended tab works perfectly fine (show movie tiles etc.) and movies play on the iOS app from Recommended tab. My Plex Media Server seems unaffected when I browse directly on the Windows Server itself and my Android users streaming from the server are totally unaffected which tells me this is a Plex/iOS challenge. Search in all my iOS apps are broken too with no search result answers. It’s been a while and all the articles I see are from 2020 or earlier showing similar issues with an app update solving it. Is no one else experiencing this issue at the moment? I’ve deleted apps and reinstalled, whole 9 yards but still doesn’t work.
Please help. Super frustrated.
