I have a Nivea shield.
I have a 156 TV programs
When I have Plex search my hard drive for TV shows it names all 156 under one name.
I have moved the files to folder called TV show, TV shows, and under the movies folder.
I have each TV series under a different name.
When I scan for TV shows it names them all the same name.
First it started out naming them all Ricky and Tommy, then it named them all under TV show, now it has name them all home video.
I do not know how to get it to name the correct show with the correct title. For example I have a television show called 911 it calls home video, now.
I don’t know what to do next please help

Basically, you need to have all your shows in their own folder and all of those folder in 1 parent folder. Your Plex Media Server should then have a TV Show library that points to that parent.
\My storage device\TV Shows\911
\My storage device\TV Shows\Friends
\My storage device\TV Shows\Seinfeld
etc…
Your library should point to “\My storage device\TV Shows”.
If you don’t have your files like that it would be best to organize your files first then recreate the TV Show library.

The TV Show is actually is the TV Show Doom Patrol
How do I fix this?
I have deleted all files, Reformated my Passport.
Reset The Shield to factory standards re-installed everything.
The name has changed from one tv show to another.
I did it again and now all the tv shows say they Doctor Who.
I do not know what to do. Please help?

I have /TV Shows and /Movies
Nothing else.
The movie folder works great, it is just the TV Show folder that I am having problems with
probably good to see the scanner log.
How do I get that to you?

Your log file shows you have this NVIDIA SHIELD folder as the folder for your Tv library. Which is everything on your shield which it should not be set to. Did you recently change it? Your image above is the browse window. do you have other folders set for your TV library.

I did not change the path.
I have 21 folders in the TV Shows folder.
They are the different tv shows like 9-1-1, and Doom Patrol.

You have all 3 folders under 1 library. I think.
For example, the folders set for you movie library are
\storage\films
\storage\tv shows
Which then lists all your files as movies
You keep showing a screenshot of the browse window. What does the actual folder window look like. ( like my screenshot)
hit the cancel button in your screenshot and take a screenshot of the window under that one.
